Who we are
Civet Media Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 14312505, with its registered office at 81 Westwick Road, Sheffield, S8 7BU. We are the controller of the personal information described here. For anything about your information, email hello@civetmedia.com.
What we collect
We collect your name, clinic name, clinic town or postcode, email address and phone number. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use the information to check area availability, contact you about the service and keep a record of our conversation. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business that has asked about our services and managing that enquiry. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who else handles it
HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector, stores the lead in our customer relationship system. Railway hosts the website. These providers handle information only on our instructions. Some providers may store information in the United States using the safeguards required by UK data protection law. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and contact details for 2 years from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case our client terms apply. You can ask us to delete the information sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This page does not currently use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
Your rights
